Hill+Knowlton Strategies has been working with Solvay Pharmaceuticals to roll out its long term strategic roadmap called Transformation 2015. We created a new internal communications channel for the global top 200: via a bi-monthly electronic newsletter, the progress of T2015 projects is shared with the community of managers driving the change process.

The newsletter is embedded in the existing internal communications channels as well as the Intranet environment. We also advised Solvay Pharmaceuticals on a tailored cascading approach to encourage a better understanding of the strategy throughout the company.
