Gabriela Matei

Gabriela joined Hill & Knowlton in 2008. As a member of the EU public affairs practice, she has been advising a wide range of international clients on EU politics and policies as well as on relevant funding opportunities. Her strength lies in her thorough knowledge of the decision-making processes combined with a very good understanding  of  the EU financial assistance framework and the relevant stakeholder environment.

Gabriela’s past and present clients include: Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL), Alstom Power, Talisman Energy, Marathon Oil, Nexen Inc, Better Place, Japan Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (JAMA), Cathay Pacific, Japan International Transport Institute (JITI),  Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).

Gabriela is of Romanian mother tongue. She speaks fluent English and French and has a basic understanding of Spanish.
