Ulrich Adam

Ulrich Adam joined Hill & Knowlton International Belgium in February 2004 and works for a number of clients, specializing in food, consumer and health issues.
Currently heading the Food and Consumer Affairs Practice, he has advised a range of international clients on pan-European regulatory and policy issues in the areas of food and consumer protection as well as human and animal health, with a particular focus on fortification, health claims,  nutrient profiles, labelling, pharmaceutical legislation and disease-specific advocacy. Ulrich also has extensive experience on the impact of EU legislation on pharmacists.
A German national, Ulrich is fluent in English, and proficient in Spanish and French.
